Some important notes…

Our hearts sing when we travel, so please don’t hesitate to reach out even if you are on the other side of the world. While we are primarily based on the west coast (CA, OR, & WA), our work has taken us to destinations such as Florida, Hawaii, Texas as well as Vancouver BC, London & France.

We typically book 9-12 months out for full day weddings, and 6-9 months out for portrait sessions.

To most clients, we are more than just your wedding vendors. At some point of working together, we will step in as your planner, your stylist, your advisor, and oftentimes, your lifelong friends.

We are artists first, photographer/filmmaker second, and business owners last. Our work is greatly influenced by our personal aesthetics and style, so we prioritize ensuring our clients and us are a good fit for each other before committing to working together.

Driven by our innate passion for art and design, every wedding is an art project we want to feel proud of and never just a business transaction. We prioritize making sure that we and our clients are a good fit for each other when it comes to aesthetics, vision, style, and personality. There is so much time, thought, and effort that we put into our photo/film work, and we only take on a very selected number of sessions & weddings to make sure we can treat every client with upmost care and love.

How to work together…

CONNECT & PROPOSAL
If we are available for your inquired date, we will ask for more details about your vision and provide a proposal. For full day wedding inquiries, we offer a phone call or video consultation so we can learn more about each other and check if we are a good fit.
CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
We will prepare a contract based on everything we’ve discussed, which we will send to you for E-sign and then collect a date reservation fee. Once the contract & deposit is complete, our official planning process will start!
PLANNING
For weddings, expect to receive an 80-page planning guide book as well as a photography timeline guide to help you build an early foundation from the start. We will first send a series of emails to plan for your engagement session as soon as possible. About 2-3 months before your date, we will prepare a wedding day questionnaire so we can collect important information from you to keep everything organized for your big day. We will schedule a tour to check out your venue at some point, and we'll be working closely with your planner as well during the entire planning process.
For portrait sessions, a custom portrait questionnaire will be sent to you to collect information such as preferences for location, outfits, styling, special editing requests etc. We will help coordinate with your makeup artist and florist if you chose to work with one.
WEDDING DAY ARRIVAL
For both weddings and portraits, we likely have already toured your venue / scouted the location ahead of time, but we will still arrive at least 30-60 minutes earlier than the contract start time to scout, double check the lighting, and confirm other details. For destination weddings, we arrive 1-2 full days before your wedding in case of travel delays or weather issues.
GALLERY DELIVERY
For weddings, we aim to deliver at least 40-50 sneak peek photos within 48 hours - Feel free to share the images with your friends and family whilst the excitement is still high! The full gallery will be delivered within 8-12 weeks for weddings and 4-6 weeks for portraits. Images can be easily downloaded and shared, prints and products can be ordered directly from the gallery shop, and you can favorite and hide images to control what you want the public to see / not see. If there are any revisions / edits you would like on specific photos, we are always here to listen and serve your needs.
